Thank you so very much to post a comment on my brand new website. This is very much appreciated.
I have separated my two brands and the other www.exquisiteprivatechef.co.uk will, from now on, be dedicated to food only and this current blog, to nutrition and other medical information.

Olivier, I cant wait to get started on the Reset Diet, this is just what I need to get 2018 off to the best start! 2017 has been a tough year and I have never felt so run down and tired before - cant wait to wake up in the morning and jump out of bed with the same energy my 4 year old son has!

Taking part in the diet is already a big step, as you are preparing yourself mentally.
Breaking habits, is the second step, and you start noticing changes and improvements.
Balancing blood sugar level will definitely help you get in control of your energy level during the day, fall sleep and stay asleep, retune your circadian rhythm and feel refreshed in the morning.
2018 sounds promising already!
