Aims of the course:
Understanding the destructive power of chronic stress, anxiety disorders and sleep deprivation.
Learn about the most common mental health disorders, their impact on individuals and those around them, and the available resources to better care for them and/or receive the proper care. Practitioners also learn about nutrition, lifestyle, and other factors that may contribute to the condition, as well as relevant protocols.
Every student gets a certificate, and practitioners will receive a 20-hour CPD certificate.

Meet your instructor
OLIVIER SANCHEZ
Olivier is a naturopath and nutritionist, an internationally published author, and a mental health advocate.
He aims to support the public (carers and parents) and health practitioners by learning primary mental health conditions in-depth, identifying signs, understanding how they affect individuals and those around them, and knowing what resources are available.
The course is provided live from 10:30-14:30 every Thursday (6 weeks for the public and 8 weeks for practitioners)
