As a provider of service-based offerings, we do not sell physical products. Therefore, returns are not applicable, and all sales are final once the service has been rendered.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment may qualify for a partial refund, minus a £45 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. No refund will be issued. In exceptional circumstances, we will reschedule your appointment free of charge.
No-shows. No refund will be issued if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment.
