As a personal chef and qualified in Sport and Nutrition, I have worked with many athletes and principals wanting to reach higher performance levels, looking to gain weight, increase muscle mass, stamina, and safely intensified exercise regime.

Calories count is important, but it goes well beyond the scope of food for energy: up-to-date nutritional knowledge is essential.

My focus is on nutrition first, purposely choosing the right source for higher calories intake, timing, and quantities.
I create bespoke plans and recipes that are truly adapted to you, taking into consideration abilities in the kitchen and willingness to cook, and every aspects of your lifestyle.

The professionally designed plan will give you structure, help you stay motivated, so you can notice results quickly and reach your goals more easily. We are also more than happy to work with your personal trainer or team, so you benefit from the best approach possible.

In the scope of the initial consultation, we will discuss your goals, your current regime, and agree on a plan that works for you, based on DNA testing and VO2Max (if necessary), ideal tools to expose the secret of your genes and what best exercise regime works best for you and your ability to perform and recover.
